Because all shippers are dumbing down the process try imagining Chimpanzees
handling your packages and a Chimpanzee answering the phone assisted by other
Chimpanzees in resolving your claim and handling disputes. This will help
you understand how the process works. For valuable irreplaceable artifacts you
will just have to bite the bullet, plan to take time out of your busy
schedule and get in the car and go get it. There is no other way to better guarantee
you will get it home safely. SX-100? HQ-170? (no offense to SX-100 and
HQ-170 fans) Ship them, there are thousands of those out there and if FedEx, UPS
or the USPS kills another one it's not life threatening.... SX-88, no way!!!!
Just the way it is, sorry
Greg
