Ah the Halliscratchers S-107.
I had one as a Novice in 1960.
My log shows that every QSO was a 599 - mainly because any lesser signal 
would be unintelligible on that wide old bucket of bolts and tubes.
This is with a VBG and not meant to disparage the item for sale just a 
remembrance of things past.
