Hi Chris,

According to advertisement of International Crystal in the 1962 
Electronic Experimenters Handbook (page 8), they state that the VFA-1 
was a Cascode Amplifier, available for 2 meters or 6 meters. Mounts 
in standard 3" x 2" x 5" minibox. Power 250 vdc @ 10 to 15 ma, 6.3 
vac @ 400 ma. Tube 6BQ7A.
