Multi-Elmac 250-18 Receiver - Info?

Here is a weird thought - apparently the name 'Multi-Elmac' is also associated with garage door openers (take a look at some of the hits on a google search). And the part number (250-18) kind of looks like some of the part numbers I noticed in my little mini-search. What are the chances that the item referenced is really a garage door opener?
