Industrial supply houses like Mc Master Carr or W.W. Granger are excellent
for what you want. Actually best to use an ac rated capacitor for line
applications when possible.
A local source would be any place that sells parts to sercice air
conditioners, compressors, motors or service shops for same. Cost will be
probably less than shipping of the oil cap you asked for.
