More ebay problems

I just bought an item listed as free shipping  pickup only or would ship by 
whatever means buyer specified.
That seller didn't have a problem
I did when it came time to pay UPS. Large item, $500 value, etc etc cost 
twice what motor freight would have been. Didn't know that in time.
