Based on what I have read, it has not been determined he has any copyright 
ownership.  He says so, but maybe not.  I'd like an opinion from a copyright 
attorney who is also a ham.  I know an Extra Class one in Houston and will 
try and find an answer from him.  Has this gentlemen ever put forth his 
proof he indeed has copyright ownership?  I have seen none.
