RFI filter query.

Hi list members. My son just bought a new motorhome that has a "Modified sq. wave " inverter 12VDC to 115A.C. output. He is getting blips on his LCD T.V. Anyone recommend an in-line filter mounted at the wall plug in for the T.V.  or at the inverter?    Thanks, Fred W7PRV
