Lafayette LC-4 Res-Cap Checker Schematic or Manual?

Anyone have a manual, or at least a schematic, for a
Lafayette LC-4 Resistance-Capacitance Checker, please?

I'd like to bring this one back to life.  There is
just something about that tuning-eye tube!
