Cardwell ER-50-AD Dual-Section Variable Cap Value?

I have looked around the Internet and cannot find
a listing for a Cardwell ER-50-AD Dual-Section air
variable cap.

I have a neat assembly with five of them on a thick
phenolic base.  Each has a flexible coupling, has
what appears to be a wirewound resistor across each
section (the resistor values are identical for each
paired-section but change from cap to cap), and each
terminates into a relay.

If I can discern the value of these caps I will have
some idea as to what I might do with this - sure hate
to disassemble it if it may be used as-is.
