Chassis cleaning

Pressure is a little extreme but some people do it.  Another way is to 
run it through your dish washer.

What I do is to devise a support frame like an easel that holds the 
chassis up on edge with one corner down.  I wrap transformers and chokes 
with plastic wrap to keep out water.  Brush on a mixture of 50/50 
Formula 409 and household ammonia, working in small sections at a time. 
  Flush with water from a hose.  Don't use a lot of water pressure but 
flush throughly.  You want to get all the cleaner off.  Two or three 
hours in the hot sun will dry the chassis.
