Chassis cleaning

Pressure is a little extreme but some people do it. Another way is to
run it through your dish washer.
What I do is to devise a support frame like an easel that holds the
chassis up on edge with one corner down. I wrap transformers and chokes
with plastic wrap to keep out water. Brush on a mixture of 50/50
Formula 409 and household ammonia, working in small sections at a time.
Flush with water from a hose. Don't use a lot of water pressure but
flush throughly. You want to get all the cleaner off. Two or three
hours in the hot sun will dry the chassis.
