This is a 30 watt modulation transformer. The primary impedances from 
500 to 20,000 ohms and the secondary is 200 to 22,000 ohms.

Three Military Transmitter Verniers
I believe these came from a military transmitter. These have a National 
velvet vernier on the back side and would be excellent verniers for an 
amp or antenna tuner project.
