1955 ARRL Handbook 1KW 4-250A Amp

I just found it! What I have is the amp from the 1955 ARRL Handbook
Page 188.
It was originally in the October 1952 QST.

It will do 1KW Input with 2750v on the plate. It will also function OK
all the
way down to 1500v @350ma. 3.5 - 30MHz.

What is the gathered wisdom? Should I offer this for sale as-is before
my Elmer
and I hack it into a SSB-optimized linear amp or is it unlikely to be of
interest to
anyone? Would hate to destroy a piece of history if someone really
wants to own
it in the original condition.

I have pictures inside and out. The filament supply is built-in, I have
screen and grid supplies. It just needs a source of HV.

Thanks! & 73, doc, KD4E
