HELP ON TRIPLETT TUBE TESTER

I have a Triplett 3444A that has been sitting for yrs, inop, & I need a specialist that might be able to get it going. Any one know any thing about this tester or know who does? The manual that comes with tester is very sketchy. 

I won't work on it myself. I hate bunches of switches, confuses me, besides I don't know the exact theory how it works on. I do know its all SS & has a 5kc osc instead of just 60hz feeding grid and I'm told the plate voltage is higher than most all other testers. One advantage it reads plate current. It can also test small tx tubes. 

Any help appreciated.
