Hi John,
    I have, in an unlocatable place right now, a book by Bietzel (I think) 
that covers many of that era's bc sets.  I suspect it has your info in 
there, but that's not much help, cuz I can't find it at this moment.  It 
might show up later today if I keep thinking abt it.  Or someone else might 
be able to help.
    Have you tried a google search?  Lots of "odd" info can be found that 
way.
