Need Heath parts

Hello Group,
Finishing up a SB101 resurrection from the dead, works pretty good now.
BUT, I broke off a pin of the 6GW8 audio output and the socket is shot too. Yes, you guessed it, rolled it over too many times and it hits the top of the tube and whammo, sooner or later problems....

So, need a 6GW8 and maybe a decent socket. Also need mic/CW level control, any help?
