by Northlake Engineering Co. This is a 1:1 transformer.
120V AC in = 120V AC out.

Has four IEC outlets and heavy duty industrial power cable. 
Heavy gauge, light gray metal case with rubber feet. 
Like new condition.

Has a nice breaker switch for power ON/OFF. Picture on request...
