National gear needed

I am trying again to find one of the drive gear that is used in the NC-100 series and various variants, in the NC-200, and in the NC-2-40D series that is coupled to the bandswitch and then moves the coil drawer to change bands.

It is a star shaped gear that is permanently attached to a 1/4 inch diameter shaft.  The "teeth" are basically triangular when viewed from the side.

I need one to replace the remains of such a gear that is in my NC-200 so that I can reassemble the receiver.  I have tried all sorts of gear manufacturers and suppliers.  None of them have such a gear.
