Nye Viking ESK-001 keyer

Picked up the above little keyer today at a hamfest.  Cute little
thing, seems that it can switch BA transmitters both positive and
negative 300V.

Any body have any documentation they'd like to share?  Reasonable
costs happily reimbursed.
