Question about neutralizing a Halli HT-40 I'm trying to repair/restore

Hello, boatanchor brain trust !

A question about my attempts to repair/restore an HT-40.

It was apparently built as a kit.

Whoever built it shouldn't have. Really. It looks as if he used a steam
iron as a soldering iron.

And then there's the question about neutralization.

I have a BAMA copy of the operating manual, but no assembly manual.

The transmitter looks like it's supposed to have "stub neutralization"
similar to many of the Heathkit DX series transmitters.

But there's no stub. And the operating manual doesn't say anything about
neutralization.

Nor do any of the web sites I've searched.

Anyone know if there's supposed to be a stub, and if so, it's approximate
length?

Many, many thanks in advance!
