ODD TUBE

Looking for lead on an odd tube.
RCA about the size of a 6V6, only mark I can read is K1 on the base, probably the plant code.
 
Inside has horizontal elements and the top has a MICA window about 7/16 x 9/16 in.
 
Does not appear to be a photo tube, might emit something out the window or be a Geiger tube?
