You're in luck. The manual is available as a freebie download on K4XL's
BAMA web site:

If the quality is not as good as you want it to be, drop a note to Al
Bernard, NI4Q (NI4Q at juno.com) and ask him for a price on the MM2 manual.
Al makes excellent copies at reasonable prices.
