Looking for a Gonset

We had one of those big yellow boxes in out school radio club when I was a 
kid. I remember the turmoil over having to have a CONELRAD alert monitor or 
some means of shutting down the school station.  I'd make do with gray one 
and there would be a local 2 meter AM net if I have to lend my nephew a 
Benton Harbor lunchbox to do it.  Isn't that one of the benefits of of 
freedom, a man needs no more justification than he wants to.
