Gonset Commander II HF TX [Was: Gonset Communicator II's]

My webpage to which KD4E referred has the link to Rick's article.  The 
original Commander is pictured in the 1953 Handbook ad shown with my 
Commander II.  The original Commander (with a round meter) was just labeled 
"Commander".  It was advertised at 35 to 50 watts in the ad but did not 
show that on the panel.   The Commander II shows the "60 watt" labeling on 
the panel and also "Commender II".   It has the square meter.   Neat 
compact transmitter.

No, it's not for sale. ;-)
