6GE5 conversion of 6KD6 circuit? Ooops!

Ooops!

This site says 200W PEP SSB Output:

I am guessing that the first is a typo.  This would
narrow the PEP Output difference between dual 6146's
and dual 6GE5's

QUESTION:  Is it the 6146's that sag in efficiency above
20M or something about the Collins design?  Not that anyone
can hear the difference between 100W and 80W!
