Manual for Simpson 314

G'day all, I need a manual (or at least schematic and calibration
instructions) for a Simpson 314 solid-state VOM.  I have tried all the usual
on-line sources, free and paid, with no success so far.  Any leads
appreciated.  Will pay copying/shipping.  Thanks and 73,
