Fwd: Subminiature Pencil Tubes?

I am trying to chase down information about two of the
subminiature pencil tubes I have:

5741A
5752A

I cannot locate them online.  A Ham is interested in some
of my subminiature tubes but I cannot ID these for purpose
and current market value.

Anyone have info, please?
