ART-13 Price?

Really depends on the model, Fred, as well as completeness
(connectors/cables, dynamotor, calibration book, shockmount, etc) as
well as any accessories installed like one of the LF oscillators
(would be a large knob in the center/top side of front panel) and so
on.

Considering that it sounds unmodified, I'd guess $300-$500 of the
cuff. At the end of the day, whatever you're able to get and willing
to accept will determine the price, of course.

I'd suggest trying the milsurplus list on qth.net as there are a
number of folks there who are quite knowledgeable on this rig.
