Mystery Tube: 'DLDB' or 'DLD8'?

Hello All,

Picked up an assortment of used tubes at a garage sale and found one I cannot identify via the usual tube data websites. It is a 9-pin miniature tube with the marking of 'DLDB' or 'DLD8' on it. Unfortunately the marking is incredibly faint. Only by looking at the 3 identical tubes was I able to get 3 of the 4 characters and a hint at the 4th. The tubes were made by Raytheon, if that is of any clue.

If anyone has an idea of what these are please let me know.

Within the assortment of tubes was a pair of Tung Sol 7591's, a couple rectifiers, mystery Crosley branded tubes, a 6080, a couple 6CB6's, and some other 12A_7 tubes. Some looked used, others look relatively young. Once I make an inventory I will probably put them out on the Boatanchor mailing list for anyone interested in the lot. As per my usual habit, they will be available for shipping plus a donation to one's favorite charity.

Thanks in advance for your assistance in identifying the 'DLDx' tube.

Best Regards,

William
