FS: Ballast tube

[George Babits]

I have a pair NOS of Clarostat "Resistor Tubes"  10-23-a.  What little I can
find on the www indicates this is a "universal ballast" tube.  They are
metal "tubes" with octal bases.  I have no further information on them.
Sell the pair for $20.00  post paid within the US.
