FS Hickok 539 Tube Tester

FS Hickok 539 Tube Tester. Pilot light comes on and AC meter and Bias meter work, but I get no reading on the main test meter. Tested this meter and get resistance across it, so I don't think that it is the meter. All controls seem to be in good shape. I am asking $275 plus shipping for it. Digital pictures available.
