KL-45 Ballast Tube Needed

Have a little set* on the bench at the moment that may need a KL-45 Ballast 
tube (at least, that's what was in there, courtesy of Hytron); anyone got 
one sitting around they don't need?  Could just wire some resistors around 
it, but prefer not to have to...
