Correction Need manual or schematic for CEI VT-70C tuner

I need a manual or schematic for a CEI VT70c tuner. It has a 21.4 MHz IF output and seems to be part tube and part solidstate.
Tunes 30 to 260 Mhz. Basically a down converter. It has two inductuners and tubes in the RF and rest seems to be solid state. It also has a remote operation connector. No audio or video outputs.
