  How would these work in an AA5 radio where the #47 bulb is often connected across one half of the rectifier heater?  Rectifiers are typically 35Z5 or 35W4 with center-tapped heater.  Mike W6MAB

    Here's a site http://www.cointaker.com/ that sells very bright LEDs in several colors for $0.69/ea that are direct replacements for #44/47 bulbs. I've ordered a few to see what they might look like in some of my radios. Can't wait to see.
