[Boatanchors] BC-342

I aquired a BC-342 yesterday , the name plate says R-336 and it looks like a
modified R-342.  It has MFP all over it and if I remember correctly trying
to solder through MFP makes a mess, what is the best way to remove MFP from
solder joints
