...maybe the seller is a little closer to the grave & anxious to turn it into some cash before others - less caring - turn it into landfill.

Glad to see the seller gotten a little more real.
Saw that one listed on eBay a couple of years ago for $15,000 or so. Of course, it was in 'mint' condition.
