[Boatanchors] Any info re. Gonset GSB-201B

There was the Gonset 201 (model 3340), Gonset 201MK II (model 3340A), and
Gonset 201 MK III (model 3340B). 201 and 201 MK II used 4 811A's. 201 MK
III used 4 572B's.
