The Gonset GS-201 Mark 3 (which would equate to a "B" model) came with 4 each 572B tubes. The linear was introduced in 1968 and the original cost was $375.

The Mark 3 is the Gonset model 3340B. The manual can be found on BAMA at

It covers 80 through 10 meters. There are actually 3 each 80 meter positions on the bandswitch that add capacitance to the antenna loading.

I could not find anything.

Someone has one for sale he says uses a pair of 572b's?

Everything I saw for the other models listed four tubes.

Also, 80-10m or 160-10m?
