Well folks it is finally here a 50th anniversary Welcome Home celebration...

It has been a long time coming. I have written a e mail to the committee
about what Ham Radio and MARS did in RVN. I 
Have volunteered to get the HAM RADIO and all the ex MARS ops to do a
special Event station. I found this out through DAV.
So far there has been no media attention but am sure that if we all get on
the band wagon we can get it done. Tom can you forward this to your mailing
list
Of x mars ops please and between us maybe we can pull it off...Any ideas
would be appreciated...

I will keep you informed on what I hear back..
