The greatest treasure from my youth was an NC-101X with a 'magic eye' tube
and its matching speaker given to me by an old ham. During an overseas
deployment, my now ex-wife threw it away. It won't be the same, but I still
would like have another like it. On the other hand, being blissfully
divorced, I have cash for a nice one and don't need to ask permission.
