Polish it up, put it on a shelf in your living room or den, and have a "conversation piece"!

My wife actually has a few pieces of my antique/vintage radio collection in various rooms in the house although most are relegated to the garage/ham shack.

A friend gave me an old Silverline UHF/VHF converter. It has a nice Bakelite case, transformer, selenium rectifier, 6J6 & 6CB6 tubes and a big can capacitor. I can't see the tuner or what's behind the UHF connector, because it's all boxed up with shielding.

It looks like it's in good shape, but it's hardly worth anything on Ebay and I have no use for a UHF/VHF converter.

Can anyone suggest a more creative use for it than tearing it up for parts?
