Has anyone heard of Transformer Engineering Works, of Oakland CA?

My recently acquired PS has a nice xfmr with their name on it.  It's about 
4600VCT, with some lower taps and a 120/240 primary.  It's a little unusual, 
I think, for being on a square window core and having entirely separate 
windings.   In other words, a 120V and a 2300V winding on each side of the 
square.
