[Boatanchors] Silk Screening

John KA4RXP is set up to silk screen BA panels. He did my KW Electronics 
KW-1000 amp panel and it came out beautifully.
I scanned the panel and cleaned up all the artwork in Photoshop and sent 
John a hi resolution TIFF file and the blank panel with the background color 
already on it. John screened on the white graphics/text very reasonably.
