According to the schematic, the HQ-150 did have a crystal filter.  However, the main "claim to fame" of the HQ-150 was the "Q" multiplier.

I think the HQ-150 had a crystal filter. Then there was the HQ-1 but that
was an antenna by Mini-Products.
