Anybody know what sort of RF voltages I should be seeing coming from the 
hetrodyne oscillator and VFO?

I have some sort of problem with the pre-mixer.  Hetrodyne oscillator shows 
up in the output stronger than either the VFO or "mixed" frequency.  I have 
about 1 RF volt going in from the hetrodyne oscillator but cannot get a 
reading (RF volts) from the VFO.

Should I be pulling the VFO and looking for a bad transistor?
