[Boatanchors] Waaaay OT: Mobility Scooter Info Wanted

Hi,

I just bought a used Pride Revo three-wheeled mobility scooter, mostly for
getting around flea markets. The unit has a flakey motor controller.

User manuals are trivial to get, but service manuals appear to be
unobtanium. Pride is not in the least bit helpful. I really don't want to
shell out many hundreds for a "diagnosis" and repair estimate.

The symptom is: While running on a flat surface at uniform speed, the
thing randomly slows down. I suspect the problem is a bad control pot or
analog IC or something similar in the controller. W/o prints, it is much
harder to trace the problem.

Hence the question, does anyone have even a schematic of the electronics?
