Hello All,
I have a boatload of tubes. Lots of them. A whole passel, possibly two. Some are big, some are small, some look really cool while most of them are, well, regular. I got them from a gentleman who retired from the radio repair/service business, with much of his activity based around commercial communications equipment (e.g. sheriff's departments).
I have scoured through the lot and picked out a few that looked useful for either myself, anyone I knew, and a couple went to the Boatanchor community (I really hope they work). The remainder could be useful for somebody else. I do not have a complete list of tube types as I do not have the time to catalog everything.
There are some NOS tubes (or at least the boxes look unopened) such as 6SA7, 6AG7, 6AQ7, 6R7. The vast majority, however, are used and are in bulk boxes. There are many 7-pin, 9-pin, metal octals, Compactrons, and a few types of transmitter tubes such as 5894A and 832A. There are some of the usual rectifier tubes as well (5U4, 5Y3, 5V4).
Some may work in your application(s), some may be useful only as decorative doo-dads. For me, they have been quite useful as dust collectors and space taker-uppers.
Anyone in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area want them? You can't argue with the price...
Please respond ASAP as these are currently destined for a fate I would rather not contemplate. I prefer to move these out by Wednesday evening, August 14, as my wife returns from out of town on the 15th and the trash collector stops by on Thursdays as well.
Thanks for your consideration.
Best Regards,
William
