Boatanchor and related Items For Sale:

HF Antenna Tuner, 6 and 2 meter Antenna Tuner, Dual
Audio Filter, RF Speech Processor, Power Distribution
Strip, Linear Amplifier, CW items, Communications
Speakers, SWR Bridges, Low Pass TVI Filters, Coax
Connectors and Adapters, etc.

MFJ 949 C HF Antenna Tuner / Wattmeter / Dummy Load:

This HF antenna tuner is rated by MFJ to handle 300 Watts,
although I really feel the standard 100 Watt rig is pretty
much the limit. It has an SWR bridge built in, along with
a cross needle wattmeter that reads 300 W and 30 W full
scale. This means it will read forward power, reverse
power, and SWR simultaneously.

It also will handle two coax antennas, which can be used
direct, or thru the tuner. A balun is included, as is a
separate antenna switch position for use with open wire
line. It has an internal dummy load that MFJ rates at
300 Watts, but again, 100 W is the practical limit.
This one measure 51 ohms, so it could not be much more
accurate.

This particular unit works fine, and looks good. I can
only find a very small scratch on the bottom that is not
normally visible. $90

Antenna Tuner for 6 meters and 2 meters:

This Comaire LM-62 tuner is different than any I
have ever seen!

Although the tuner is for 6 meters and two meters,
each tuner is completely separate, with no common parts,
other than the enclosure it is in, which is a nice black
hammertone enclosure with an off white / tan front panel.

The tuner has the standard SO-239 connector for an input,
but has dual outputs on each band for both balanced line
or for coax. This is where it is different. The balanced
line output does not use a balun, but instead is link
coupled. This is something not seen much any more, and
certainly indicates its age.

This arrangement is duplicated with the 6 meter tuner
on the left, and the 2 meter tuner on the right.

There is no indication of power handling capability on
it, but I would guess a couple hundred watts.

This one works fine and looks very nice. $100

MFJ 752 C Dual Audio Filter:

The MFJ 752 C is a dual tunable audio filter that permits
one to zero in on a single sideband and Morse code signal
and notch out interference at the same time. It can also
be used for AM mode shortwave listening. The primary filter
has tunable peak, notch, low pass and high pass. The
auxiliary filter has peak and notch. The filter is
automatically bypassed when the unit is off. Speaker and
phone jacks are provided.

It is basically MFJ's equivalent to Autek's QF-1 A, with
a couple added features. It has an LED that lights when
power is applied.
The unit requires 9-15 V DC at 300 ma.

This one works fine and looks very close to perfect.
With paper work for $65.

TenTec 715 RF Speech Processor:

The Model 715 RF Speech Processor is a high performance
true RF-type speech processor designed to operate with
most modern HF Amateur Radio transceivers. RF speech
processing is a superior system to traditional AF
systems found in a typical HF transceiver.

..Increase average SSB power output by up to 6 dB
..Enhance readability by stations hearing your signal
..Break pileups for DXpeditions faster
..Keep your net or contest run frequency clearer
..Easy to install, easy to operate

The 715 RF speech processor is installed between the
microphone and the microphone jack on your transceiver.
Two microphone inputs are provided -- an 8 pin microphone
connector wired for TenTec and Yaesu, and a 1/8” input
used for direct connection of microphones. 13 V DC required.

This particular unit works 100% and looks like new.
Paper work is included for $200.

MFJ 1118 Heavy Duty DC Power Distribution Strip:

The MFJ-1118 is a versatile, high-current deluxe
multiple DC power outlet. It lets you power two HF
and/or VHF transceivers and six or more accessories
from your transceiver's main 13 V DC power supply.
You get two pairs of super heavy duty 30 amp 5-way
binding posts for powering your transceivers. Each
pair is individually fused and RF bypassed, capable
of a total of 35 amps.

An LED indicates power "ON". Six pairs of heavy duty,
RF bypassed 5-way binding posts lets you power your
accessories. They handle a total of 15 amps and are
protected by a master fuse, have an ON/OFF power
switch and an LED power indicator.

You get 6 feet of super heavy eight gauge color-coded
cable with ring tongue terminals, plus a built-in
0 - 25 VDC monitor meter.

With paper work for only $60.

Large 150 Volt AC Weston Analog Meter:

Weston Model 1934, 150 Volt AC meter
This meter is a nice large 3.5 inch modern meter.
The AC scale is expanded, so that 120 volts is
easier to read. This meter is new, never used,
still in its original box, complete with hardware.
$40

Weston Model 1931, 150 Volt DC Meter
This meter is similar to the one above, except
it is for DC instead of AC.
It is also new, in its original box, with hardware.
$25

Amp Supply LK-500 Z A, HF Amplifier:

The LK-500 is an HF amp that runs a pair of 3-500 tubes, on
the 160 thru 10 meter bands, producing close to the legal
limit. On this amp, 30 watts of drive produces about 400
watts out of the amp; 50 watts gives about 650 Watts out;
etc.

This amp has a MUCH heavier duty Peter Dahl power transformer,
and covers 160 meters. It has a excellent tuned input matching
circuit. It is a superior amplifier.

This particular amp works very well. It has a manual step
start circuit added, and the electrolytic capacitors have
been replaced. Cosmetically it looks very, very nice. I
can not find a scratch on it. It looks like new.

Since this is heavy, I would much prefer pickup in the
Ocala, FL area.

With paper work for $900.

for many types of antennas. It features a top eye-bolt for
support (if needed). There are strong eye bolts and spade
lugs on either side for the antenna wire.
It looks to be new. $12

"Window Line" 450 ohm transmission line:

This is similar to "open wire" transmission line,
but has some plastic insulation on it instead of
being open, so it is protected more. The openings
look like windows, hence the name.

I have two lengths available. Both are new, never used.
One is 50 feet long, and is $20.
The other is 100 feet long and is $35.
