This is a speaker from the same Motorola radio system mine came from. Mine have a made in Taiwan paper sticker on the back, peals right off.

So far I have used all 3 I had, one in the car on a IC-7000, one in my museum on a Collins 75A1, and one on my desk on a Collins 75S3C. All sound great. The one used on my desk, I bought a $1.00 wooden plaque base from AC Moore, I sprayed it black, and put sticky green lamp felt on the bottom Also from AC Moore.

A similar speaker in QST ads are in the $20. range.
