Thanks.  Since it looks like I’m going to be the new owner, would anyone
happen to know where I can find the appropriate mounts/sockets?  Ummm 
 same
question but for the 2C40 and 2C43.

The 3C100A5 and 3CX100A5 are ceramic equivalents of the glass 2C39.
